Bali is a tourism destination with a unique variety of art-culture, especially for outside tourists. Bali is also known by the nickname of the Island of the Gods and Pulau Seribu Pura. Bali has some uniqueness and culture that has many characteristics of cultural custom which is still thick. But along with the development of the era and technology as if the uniqueness and culture of traditional village began to be influenced by the development of modern times. Traditional Village is a traditional government system that serves to take care of custom, social, religious and cultural issues in the respective villages. Many of us know Bali has a lot of uniqueness and unique culture and sacred, for examples the characteristic Balinese traditional dress that has many people know it out and Bali also has a very special culture. But as the development of the era and technology little by little the culture and uniqueness of the island of Bali is influenced, such as how to dress the ancient Balinese with the current is much different, many who have experienced the first change how to dress very polite and simple, but now the way dressed adults and even parents follow the development of times such as the use of kamen and kebaya are not polite for praying. So are the uniqueness and sanctity of Balinese traditional culture that has begun to experience a shift, such as ceremonies that are often used for ceremonial prayer or for God offerings, but used for welcoming ceremonies or tourists, as well as Balinese dance offerings that are usually danced in temples for the worship of God but are currently being danced for the reception of the Invited Guests.
